What specializations do you have? What kind of classes will you offer?
My training focuses on how important it is to integrate your diet, timing of eating, and fitness to maximize results. More specifically, I specialize in the ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting, and weight-lifting/HIIT training combinations.
How would you describe your training style?
I will personally work out with my clients. I lead by example and demonstrate proper form. I aim to be positive and motivating without being intimidating. My training is very instructive; I am explaining the purpose of each work-out so that the client can understand what they are working towards and increase their own fitness knowledge. I encourage clients to take ownership of their own plans as time goes on so that they can become better at working out independently. I advise my clients to be prepared for an adjustment period and to push yourself to your personal limits - mentally and physically. Everything worth having is earned by consistent effort over time.
What motivated you to become a personal trainer?
I wanted to share how incredible I felt when I finally combined keto, fitness, and fasting. I worked out for years without having the results I desired, and this method of health and wellness has changed my life. There are many details that can be easily overlooked with this unique combination of diet and fitness, which is why it is so beneficial to have an experienced trainer there to guide you.
I want clients who train with me to have an integrated experience. The body is the vehicle for the mind. I want my clients to understand that it is all connected and they need to engage themselves emotionally, mentally, and physically. If one of those is lacking, they will not reach their maximum potential.
